2008 Registration Information
Kahana Canoe Club
Please note, you will not be allowed into a canoe until you are
completely registered.  To complete registration all of the
following items must be turned in:

  • Kahana Canoe Club Application Form

  • Waiver

  • ID:  You must turn in a clear COPY of your Driver's License,
    Birth Certificate, or Passport.  

  • Picture:  ALL NEW MEMBERS will need have their picture
    taken for their MCHCA ID Card.  Returning club members will
    need to check the list to see if they need new pictures as
    pictures/cards expire every few years.

  • Dues:  Dues must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • 2008 Kahana Canoe Club Membership Dues:
  •        Adults: $85.00
  •        Keiki: $25.00
  •        Family: $110.00

  • As part of dues, each member needs to bring 3 cases of
    soda, juice or water.  Drop them off in the weight room.

  • If you paddled with a different club within the last two years
    and are transferring to Kahana you will need to fill out a
    Transfer form, in addition to the items listed above.
